All amounts appearing on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

TOURELL accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay. We do not charge any transaction fees for your purchase.

Payment for the order will only be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

TOURELL uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

Complaint options

You can send an email to info@tourell.dk or call +45 20 89 04 77 if you want to contact us, have questions or want to file a complaint.

All products sold by TOURELL come with a two-year warranty against defects, as per Danish law. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations. For warranty claims, please contact us with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.

If you have a complaint and we cannot find a solution together, you can use one of the following options to complain:

• Center for Complaint Resolution, via complaint portal at Nævnenes Hus. Go to the complaint portal.
• Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
• If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint to the EU Commission’s online complaint portal. Go to the EU complaint portal.

When submitting a complaint, you must provide/use our company email, info@tourell.dk.

Delivery & shipping

All orders from TOURELL will be shipped by PostNord or GLS and are safely insured.

Your order will be delivered within 1-14 business days from the time the order is accepted and depending on which product is chosen. Shipment times varies due to the product chosen, shipment method and the place of delivery.

In special cases, if there is an extended delivery time, we will notify you by email.

Returns & refunds

The right of return applies within 14 days of delivery.  The returned item must be unused and in the original condition, which includes original packaging.

The customer is responsible for shipping back the items and for covering the return expenses. Please note that the items are the customers responsibility until the items have reached the office of TOURELL. Therefore please insure your package return to prevent any damage and please keep your postage receipt as a proof.

When the item has reached TOURELL, the item will be carefully inspected. Once the item has been expected we will notify you via email.  

TOURELL strives to refund as quick as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

If the item is in an unsuitable condition, and will not pass the quality control, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
